This is a Swiss Water Process decaf coffee roasted to a medium-light level that offers flavors of chocolate, almond and dried fruits.  This is our signature decaf specifically roasted for those who appreciate quality coffee but are sensitive to the affects of caffeine.
 
Swiss Water Process is coffee that has been decaffeinated using pure water to gently remove the caffeine from the green coffee bean, without any lingering chemical residue like other processes.  The result is delicious decaf coffee that not only tastes more like actual coffee, but it is also not putting a laundry list of chemicals in your cup for you to consume.
 
What is required of the coffee bean itself as it is going through this process?  Nothing, it “rests” as the water moves around it and through it.  True Rest is found by letting the Holy Spirit do the work.
