This is a Brazilian blend roasted to a gentle dark level and offers flavors of bakers chocolate, walnut and rapadura.
 
This is our signature espresso blend roasted specifically for milk infused espresso beverages.  You will experience a full bodied cup that does not get lost behind the milk and sugar additives of the Americanized versions of traditional drinks. We use this blend for drinks in our espresso bar, but we have friends that love it as a morning French Press.
 
This is the darkest roast we currently offer, and thus the longest within the heat of the coffee roaster. We see this not as a “baking heat” but a “refining of the bean”.  Hence the name, we become truly Radiant if we stay in the refining fire of the Holy Spirit and become His expression in this world.
