This is a Brazilian blend roasted to an extremely light level that offers flavors of peanut butter, cashew and jam.
 
Nordic style roasts are typically a lot lighter and more acidic than average American roasts.  And since it is roasted much lighter, you start with high quality beans and stop the roasting process before they get “baked” or “cooked” flavors.
 
This blend is removed from the coffee roaster about as early as it can be and still be made drinkable.  It is the very beginning of roasted coffee.  It is where drinkable coffee starts.  And if you do not take roasted coffee through this level, you cannot achieve anything else after it.  Interesting enough, the only way to true freedom and restoration is to start with the gift of Grace from the hand of Christ.
